We currently offer shipping and delivery services in the following areas:
- Depalpur & Okara – Same-day or next-day delivery
- Other cities in Pakistan – 2 to 5 business days (via courier)
2. Delivery Charges
🚚 Local Delivery (Depalpur/Okara):
- Flat rate: Rs. 100 – Rs. 200 depending on location
📦 Nationwide Courier Service:
- Charges vary based on weight and destination
- You will be informed of the shipping fee before order confirmation
3. Delivery Time
- Local Delivery: 1 business day (orders placed before 5 PM)
- Other Cities: 2–5 business days (subject to courier service timelines)
- Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch
- Once shipped, you may receive a tracking number (for courier deliveries)
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most locations across Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number is active and you are available to receive the order.
6. Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Please provide accurate address and contact information to avoid delays.
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be made.
- Unclaimed orders may be canceled or returned after two failed delivery attempts.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos), and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
